All these people that have lived in spain, where abouts, how long, and how was it? Im supposed to be moving to La Coruña in Galicia (I think? North West cost) and been told its a bit like wales but hotter (as in green, mountainous as opposed to arrid) and one of the best language courses in the country. Might go there over xmas to check it out first before comitting

I lived in Priméra de Mar on the Costa Dorada, near Barcelona.
But Coruna is very hilly and green yes, especially nearer Ferrol as that's the main farming place there, Coruna has a lot of English businesses too.
