If I have it on anything other than meeting, it's "Ring ring" for calls and Demo saying "Get yer rat out" for messages.

My phone is on silent the majority of the time, but on the rare occasion I have it on 'General', I have the standard Nokia message tone for texts, and the theme music from The Godfather as my ring tone.
