Probably healthier to take the same amount of caffeine as there would be in a few pills of ProPlus than to drink the amount of coke or Redbull needed to consume the same amount of caffeine...

A cup of freshly ground coffee will have more caffeine in it that red bull with proplus.
Espresso coffees have about a 3rd of the caffeine of a mug of fresh coffee.

don't get me started on red bull...

it's so highly loaded with caffine that people have died, some countrys have banned it, others its a chemist over the counter job.

even more dangerous mixed with alcohol.

One can of Red Bull contains 80mg of caffeine - equivalent to one cup of coffee. Three years ago, Ross Cooney, 18, from Ireland, died after he shared four cans of Red Bull and played in a basketball match.

When I was young, around 15, we used to buy 24 packs of pro plus from sainsburys after school and eat the lot.

Barely felt a buzz, you just didnt feel fatigued

Or maybe because for red bull to actually have any effect ud need over 6 to feel it, you get an accelerated heart beat, and u can feel this if you bounce about it.

I stopped drinking it coz i felt i was becoming addicted to it

I am saying what your posting sounds like absolute trash unless someone has a serious problem with dealing with caffiene.
