I think certain members on here are taking this out of proportion. Yes James, Sooty and myself have made a few threads lately but it's been just that, a few. Certainly not hundreds like others make out.
Look at the first page of OD now for example, 2 threads which are full of crap (this one included) the rest are fine.
I rest my case.

Cosmo unless something thats been said has offended you (in which point that out to the person and I'm sure they'd apologise), then would it not be easier to just avoid the threads mate? instead of all these threads being reduced to arguments.

I don't post on here a great deal anymore and I noticed alot of other old school people like me don't either!
I like the banter but it's gone to far and I mostly use the site now to take a look and also post in match day
ps - It also seem that people try to copy and look really cool when infact they aren't. It may have something to do with the fact that alot of us are growing up and moving on where as others aren't and new people (younger) are joining.

nothing has offended me, no direct insults to me or anything like that. And I would just ignore the shit if it was in just one or two threads. But alot of the normal threads being posted are just being derailed with some people trying to be funny.

Banter's not banter if you have to sit there and think what you're going to say first. It should be spontaneous, the recent banter has mainly been forced, in which case it just becomes like watching a not particularly funny comedian trying to get laughs by inserting expletives into every single sentence.
