I always find that playing ring of fire/social gets you trolleyed with about 2 hours. Steve, u2u me if u want my version of the rules

Ring of Fire/ Social Rules
• International Consumption Laws Apply: 2 digits punishment for each
o No Swearing
o Drink or finger or any derivative can not be said
o Left hand consumption
o All consumables must be a digit in from the edge of the table
o No pointing
o “Ouch my Ears”
o Save the Queen. A nominated 2p for the whole night. 0.5m flick at least.
o Nominated names
Ace - Toilet Card
2 - 2 Fingers
3 - 3 Fingers
4 - 4 Fingers
5 - Sentence Round: Create sentence one word at a time per person. 3 digits punishment
6 - Word Association Round: A word that relates to the previous word. 3 digits punishment
7 - Rhyming Round: Rhyme the original word. 2 digits punishment
8 - Category Round: Pick anything and go around naming items in that category 2 digits punishment
9 - You’re my bitch Card: Nominate some1 to take your punishments
10 - New Rule Card: Anything you want.
Jack - Waterfall Round: First person starts, clockwise. 2 digits punishment
Queen - Pose Master. 3 digits punishment
King - Cauldron Round – 1st King determines the vessel to be drunk out of, 2nd one decides where the drink is drunk (and wearing whatever), 3rd King, everyone contributes liquid (or whatever they want) to the vessel, 4th King has to is the person who has to see it off applying the previous rules.
Jokers - Thumb Master. 2 digits punishment

different to ours..
roughly this is ours.
1-5 of black - you drink 1-5fingers
1-5 of red - you nominate someone
6 - rule card
7 - 7s game (cound round the circle, you cant say 7 or anything thats a multiple or any number with 7 in it.. ie 17 or 27 etc)
8 - toilet card
9 - thumb game
10 - waterfall
jack - i cant remember this one
queen - all stand and toast to the queen
king - pour drinks into a dirty pint

We play "international drinking rules"
If you commit any of the following you have to drink2 fingers worth of your drink!
1. No swearing- swearing = drink
2. You can point but only with your elbow - finger pointing = drink
3. If a drinking is put down on a surface and is within a middle fingers length of the edge - drink
4. You have to call every by their surname
i. e you would be called mr W, nicknames and forenames are noot allowed
5. If you are right handed you must drink with your left hand and every time you must lift your pinky finger. There fore if you drunk with your right hand and never raised your pinky it would be 4 fingers!
6. Can't say drink- saying it = a drink
We just play them all night ontop of whatever else we play.
Therefore if someone messes up ina game and they shout FCUK! they have to double drink etc

I used to play a game similar to that called kings....
some of the cards were slightly different....but pretty much the same idea
gets you wasted

basically the same idea as the thumb card...
Head card - person who gets it has to at some point stick their head down on the table....last person to do it drinks...ends up with a lot of people head butting the table
Fuck you card - same again, person who gets it has to say fuck you at some point...last person to notice and say it drinks....
Lick it and stick it.....stick the card to your head....and keep it there til your turn comes round again....drink everytime it comes off

We make up differnt rules every time at Uni for ring of fire. Dpendant on who makes them up it always seems that me or one of my flat mates ends up worse off

1min 30 second time limit when taking part in golf hole (3 shot penality for going over)
anyone brave enough to pull a fat bird during golf will be albe to take off 3 shots of their total
anyone cought pulling a fat bird during golf will either have to do a forfiet or take a 2 shot penalty
if you buy steve a drink take 2 off your total at the end of the game

we play thumb and head master......
basically who ever is the master will either put their thumb or head on an item and all have to follow the last to catch on becomes the master for the next round and has to take a shot.....
we were on a stag party round london and 12 of us on a tube when the head master just drops to the floor and then all 11 of us follow  it was soo funny

dust sheets taped down on the floors, it saves alot of tidying up, as long as they dont get ripped. its just a case of pulling them up and throwing them in the bin.
and a strobe light always goes downa treat i found. my mates parents go away a fair bit and we've had some pretty big parties with up to about 40-50 people, and the one with the strobe was easily the best
