Doesn't help but I'm thinking of buying a '46 soon Did look at E36s some time back but think they look far too dated now. Nice cars though. Good luck, tried the M3 forum mate?

M3 evo is a mazin car, had one a few years back in estrol blue with the gray leather, had just got a new vanos when i got her was all i did was drive it and keep it mint, BMW service was prop the best ive seen so far too

As said, ensure the double vanos has had the repair work or u may be looking at up to £2k iirc!
