i dont know what the torque was yet, nor seen the graph, just been told over the phone (picked it up at half 5 last night and didnt have time for a proper chat as i was meant to be at work )
internally the engine is 100% standard, not even ARP bolts, which is why i was pleasantly surprised with the results, especially for a scrapyard engine
not sure on size of trumpets exactly, but they're short, maybe 30mm?

not quite, i've decided im cursed!
behaved all day on the rollers etc, soon as i turn up to collect it wont start! the earth cable for the ecu has frayed, and jumps off the connector when the engine moves about, causing shutdown need to replace it soon

was the power measured at wheels and then calculated to fly power?

all figures from a rolling road given as a fly reading are measured at the wheels and transfered.
good results man!

I'm sure they were very accurate for the rolling road in question.
Hows that?

not trying to piss on your bonfire or dispute the figures rob but 111bhp at the wheels cant be calculated to 166 bhp at the fly unless you either have massive transmission and friction losses or your brakes are stuck on during coastdown.
thats a loss of 33% through the transmission and wheels.
But I will be the first person to say that its not about the figues, its about how the car drives on the road. when my cams were fitted I only gained 8-10 bhp and 7ft/lb but what a massive differene it made to the way it drove on the road!
