lol yeah,well i got money save for big turbo for ibiza etc and to get it painted! thought why not buy something decent use it,while ibiza gets painted! then sell and buy turbo etc after.

My mates mum had a GT when they were relatively new, blew the engine so had a 20v coupe turbo lump fitted.......then crashed it.

problem your having doesnt sound turbo related rob... check water pump, pulleys etc...
