Today its cross-posting the same thread in a number of places. This generally means that the thread will be moved, and then need to be moved again to trash it, and thats assuming there's aren't a load of different replies in each one which need merging.

Thats why i suggested the idea of being able to hover over the thread title and see what the first post in the thread says

nah that would make it too much like vbulletin boards and i HATE vbulletin with a passion, they are too overloaded, try to be too clever, are slow as hell, unsure if anyones in agreeance with me there?

Bandwidth and thus cost and time to download, you still have to hover, and it doesn't actully fix the problem of not being able to find thread easily either through browsing the forum or search.

So all in all, not particularly useful.

No its stop people getting annoyed by stupid thread titles and also stops people from using stupid thread titles to get people to read the thread

I dislike the idea of hovering over titles to see thread etc, looks messy, slows the place down and TBH wouldn't sort much problems.

Agreed, corsasport is the fastest forum i use cliosport, festaturbo etc are a lot slower and its annoying
