The deleted/edited posts here make it difficult to read
But its my understanding that whilst its straight forward in a two car crash (one behind is at fault)...it gets more complicated when the initial crash strays into other lanes...ie stopping distances become irrelevant since the 2nd/3rd cars in different lanes could be side by side
Time to get a solicitor and some proper advice mate (hope you have legal costs on your insurance)
