I have to be up during the week at 6.05am, normally go to sleep at about 10:30pm but can't sleep tonight (always like this on a sunday night), does my head in, as this means I will have a massive headache tomorrow and be really more miserable than usual due to lack of sleep!

Even on weekends I can't seem to sleep 8 hours. Which is a shame as I like being in bed LOL!
