no mate. they had the ledgend that is mick hart telling them how it is, although I don't think any programme will say how it REALLY is. Couple of years ago there was an arnold schwarzenegger documentary that mainly delved into his bodybuilding past and I think they went on about his heart surgery and instantly blamed roids when apparently he had a weak heart anyway.

I believe to this day Greg Valentino used synthol of some kind, whether or not that is true doesnt bother me.

It's an oil based liquid that bodybuilders inject directly into the muscle to increase size almost instantly but you have to keep injecting small amounts so it gradually builds up. Usually used in calves as they are a very difficult muscle to gain size, but it can be used in any muscle.

yes greg valentino has been discussed in bodybuilding circles for years and iirc he did use synthol (oil) injections to bulk out the area in his arms. Other bodybuilders have been reported injecting synthol into triceps and calves also. In laymans terms edd its the same as physically injecting cooking oil into your cock to make it bigger. 
And yes Jake, arnold was reportedly born with a defective heart valve, possibly steroids worsened the situation or just brought it to the surface earlier.
