roasties are soooooo easy -

Aslong as you boil the spuds for 30mins (or until they are soft) and heat up a deep dish tray with fat (Goose fat or Oil), then place the spuds in the hot fat and cook for a further 20-30mins or so (turning them over every 10mins)....perfect crispy outters yet soft inside

Salmon salad wraps with lemon pepper dressing, Thai red curry with some extra bits and pieces or if i fancy a fish course, fresh tuna steaks with something or other. Profiteroles are always a winner for dessert too.

I'm most proud of myself when I get the exact amount of water required to make the perfect pot noodle, and stop myself from eating all the sweetcorn before the noodles are ready.

My cookery skills go as far as fairy cakes, although, I have been told on more than one occasion that I make good mashed potato??
