I'm roughly 6ft I would say. Not sure if I have grown quicker in the last 2 years though.
I have certainly been doing more exercise what with the football and stuff.

Right at the top of my chest and then to the left slightly. Which apparently is good because it means it's not my heart
Happens when I breath in, feels like someone is stabbing me (or would I imagine a stabbing would feel like).
Anyone else get this? Makes me short of breath.
yap got them all the time at begining of the year

I found they went away, i thought it was to do with all the salt I was eating, so i tried to cut down on my salt intake, and it seemed to work.
Have not had them in months now, I know what you guys mean tho, tight chest, if you breathe in too much it REALLY hurts, if you breathe in too quickly it'll almost click inside ur chest. And it feels like someone stabbing you, can be quite violent and random.
People used to give me some crazy looks when id be sitting there talking and then suddenly cringe over in half a second letting out a slight yelp! haha

I have started to eat more salt again, and i cant say ive had it come back, but ive been fairly active and stuff, so its probably salt intake and lifestyle / exercise problem
