If he has admitted it, and said he is sorry, wont do it again, blah blah and you two still want to be together then its no use being all bitter about it and leaving him out the room.
But I'd still try to get to the bottom of why he did it, and make sure it doesnt happen again. If he isnt willing to change things (like not talking to her and that) then tell him to fuck off!

Think about what you want to happen then speak to whoever you need to in order to make it happen.
If your bf is sniffing around her and is still interested i'd just tell your brother straight away, you don't wana be with someone like that do you?
