Yeah that as well, heating the place is far more expensive if you don't share it. I pay the bloody bill though, same as the next guy. Very bizarre suggestion to increase to cost yet further by way of a tax to discourage single occupancy when some people either don't have a choice or have made a choice to exercise their prerogative.

its certainly out of order to make single people pay more, not as if being single is a benefical choice
i think they should save money by making sure people who live in council houses can't reproduce, its a never ending circle thats pointless to the economy

Ash I don't think anyone will buy it that I can fake BBC news in order to set the scene for multiple occupancy.
If she didn't want to get on my BMX she certainly won't want to move in to my house on tax reasons

this country is just shoot really.
it rewards chavvy scumbags and people in general who have no desire to work or better them selves yet people who try and acomplish something with there life recieve no help.
e.g. im having to borrow £6000 a year to go to uni further my education and eventually end up with a good job i hope.
yet my girlfriends friend had a kid she is 19 yet she gets over £600 a month to live on whilst she lives with her parents as well.
so she gets £7200 a year just given to her for getting her self knocked up, and they wonder why teenahe pregnancy is on the rise most of the time its not an accident lasses just see it as an easy option and you get anout the same money on benifits than you would working in a crappy minimum paid job.
pisses me right off.
