it's easy to kill moths, just have to hit them and they're gone. Such fragile little creatures.

LMAO @ Edd. Me too mate, me too.

Got a funny feeling and went all cold last night when I saw this one. Would probably have a minor brain haemorrage (sp) if I saw one of those.

THE FACTS

Most of these claims are false or greatly exaggerated.

1. Camel spiders top speed - 10 mph.

2. Size: Up to 6 inches

3. They have no venom.

4. They don't jump.

5. Called camel spiders because they live in the desert.

They actually aren't spiders at all, they're solpugids.. Along with spiders, they are members of the class Arachnida

SetH, that's a bit more comforting. But 6 inches is still fcuking huge for a spider.

Fcuk them smaller ones as well like Black Widows and shoot.

Think the largest spider is the Goliath Bird Eating Spider eating birds for fcuks sake

just asked Jeeves whether Camel spiders can jump, he said:

"Camel spiders can jump several feet in the air".

Also - camel spiders eat camel stomachs from either the outside in or the inside out. Hence the name.

Camel spiders can be as large as a frisbee

Camel spiders venom is an anesthetic that numbs their prey

Also called 'Wind Scorpions'
