definitely think its worth seeing an advisor if he is a good one he will tell you whats available for your benefit not his commission fee

Yeah my das advisor will compare it all for me, and he is someone my dad trusts so should be all sweet!



Just hope it all goes through if not, will keep saving!

I can get the mortgage I want, so basically Im waiting on them to tell me if I have it or not.

i have just bought 25% share of a 3 bed shared ownership house,

shared ownership houses have there good points,eg they maintain all of the property,building insurance is inclusive with the rent.
