thanks alot for all your condolances
i've moved on now, he was loved by so many, so he's never gone in my eyes
he was offerd to plead for manslaughter but he denied the charge, he went for not guilty, so hopefully gets a loneger sentence.
i will update this in a month to let you all know how it went. thanks again

Sorry for your loss m8, he should go down for at least double figures, but i have no faith in our justice system, people seem to get away with only serving half there sentance nowerdays, The way i see it is, the most important thing is he doesnt do anything like this again, i think thats the only positive outcome that could happen.

what sentence was asked by the prosecution?
he's been convicted for murder, and to me, that should be at least 18 years

Life used to mean life or 25 years minimum in certain cases.
I don't think 10 years is a strong enough sentence, sorry to sound negative.
