I'm not going to use any negative terms here, its a voluntary job and requires a lot of work, and its also quite hard to get it right. I appreciate that some people, with the best of intention, are not able to give it as much time as it needs.

I am however grateful to people for helping out where possible, be those established names or new blood with something to bring.
