I'm glad its not just me who get really pissed off when they loose a game on X-box/PS2 I've fcuked up my Fifa 06 as I smashed the controller on the console and scratched the CD

I used to get angry very easily.

I went on a assertiveness course, it was brilliant.

I now use my mind to calm down. The only person that gets worked up/angry is yourself and its only YOU that lets yourself get like that.....

Cure...

Don't let yourself get wound up by other people. Find something positive in the "bad" situation and concentrate on that.

Certainly would NEVER use my bike to get anger out, probably the worst thing you could do tbh.

I adopt a bit of an ALOHAH! approach to life, without the bad shirts, dont really get wound up and if i do then i just unleash a torrent of abuse in the direction of the person responsible for irritating me, which isnt the most productive way to vent your anger..i grant you
