I straighten mine, Ive got the male GHD ones as they are thinner than the ones for girls so dont burn your fingers or ears as much!

dont work unless theyre heated up! and nah i hate having curley hair, hence the straighteners.....

You can get GHD's with different sized irons. I have medium sized plates which does me fine, although you can get pencil like irons and really wide ones. I paid £80 for mine, but I think the rrp is £100

Nothing wrong with lads straightening their hair, I have these. They are exactly like the GHD's but cheaper and i prefer them to my GF's GHD ones.

Most decent hair dressers will beable to get them for you. My sister is a beautician though, so managed to get them from her wholesale suppliers though for cheap!!

still well expensive though, ive seen some for £15 maybe i should get the hairdressers to do it once to see if i like it!?

Not impressed by GHDs... Seem a little flimsy, loads of them have burnt up and they're only ceramic COATED plates.

Beg to differ on that. I tried a fair few brands before it was clear that the GHD's are far superior to anything else for £100.
Yes, some do break, but they are always sorted foc. They are certainly not flimsy?

southend straightner crew anyway ive found some well thin ones in argos for £30 so i think ill send my mum in to get em for me (buying them in public - nah, lol)

I had the thin ones and medium ones, cant tell them apart to be honest. Thinner ones are easier for behind the ears etc. Cant be arsed to use them most of them time though, my hair seems to look shit whatever i do

Straightners for men are not gay! Lots of my lad mates have them infact my ex boyfriend used to borrow mine! It looks alot nicer when its straightened GHD are your best bet quite exspensive but worth the money, instead of having to but 6 pairs of babylis straight and shine coz they keep breaking!
