Its not to my liking im afraid, im not going to say some gimpy harsh comment just maybe a little constructive critiscm.
The bumpers etc you have chosen, dont follow the lines of the car at all, which is why people say it looks funny, now im not saying you have to get a gsi kit and speedlines, just spend some time looking at the front and see how it doesnt "flow" then go from there improving it.
As ash said getting rid of the v grille will certainly improve it immensely. Its the little touches that will make it stand out, not the big ones!
I actually like the vent, but it maybe a little big? Im not sure well have to see it finished!
What wheels u getting? As your car looks a little front heavy with all the bumpers that arent continued on the rest of the car.
Try and balance it out

you're front and rear are big bumpers and diff lights etc, yet the side view of the car is totally standard, looks well out of place.
get some skirts and a bit of colour coding on the side, n bin the vent.

Not sure about the front bumper, loose the fogs, different mesh, new front grill would change the look of it emmensly...
Front bumper could work. but you've got to tidy up the front of that car with simple things, I like the rear lights, but the spoiler is too high and 'spoils' it, a boot lid one would work very well.
and the rear bumper airdam doesnt work, doesnt fit the lines of the car what so ever, Think smaller.
As for the vent, if its going to serve any real purpose, it would still look fucking stupid. if you really do need a vent, get something small, effective and sutble.
