on the note of CS camping, myself, halfpint, joe, rus, corb etc have the task or trying to grab a camping space
we will try and make it as obvious as possible for people
what happend last year was people standing by the gate direct CS's people to the area, so be weary of either myself or others saying "PARK THERE"

just a thought do you want to set a time for moving cars onto the stand now so that people know when you will wanting them to be moving about and what not to get it all organised, cos i can imagine some people would just park and walk off hence making it impossible to orgnaise the stand neatly
also be nice to be able to get out to go on the strip

on the sunday morning have a set time to get everyone on the stand. So everyone knows when to be there so that you can set them up.
and last year it wasnt possible for some of the people to get off the stand to go on the strip.

Yes - from 7am until its done. Ideally everyone should stay with their cars until we've a fair idea of where stuff is going, which with 100 cars will be at least an hour.
