Girl in my year at school did this when we were in 4th year, what a waste, apparently your stomach gets really sore and then you kinda just pass out - dunno really.

To commit suicide via pills you need to take 100+ really take 20 sleeping then 80+ strong tablets, not just paracetamol.

and cutting isnt nice, if you want to die quickly you should cut you inner thigh as there is a major vein there and you would die quicker

Like it or not the quickest way to die would be jumping from a great height head first.
Even shooting yourself in the head you're not guaranteed to die, that'd be a cunt
On the topic of suicide. My g/f's mate jumped out of a 2nd story window to top herself and she actually survived paralysed from the neck down

here's a tip if you want to be selfish enough to kill yourself go to the highest bridge you know over water throw yourself over if you dont die on impact your sorry ass will drown

if you point the gun upwards through your mouth you're pretty much guaranteed to die shooting yourself in the head from the side means there's a possiblity of you missing the cerebral cortex
