It goes curly if you are using gel as its water based.

Need to use wax

Red one is the best, just have to proper warm up in your hands before you use it.

You also need a nail brush to clean it off your hands afterwards

the purple one and the blue one are just grease and water in a tub....try Dax "Green & Gold" does the trick, and not as thick as the red wave and groom one. you only need a towel to get it off your hands, and only about 2 or 3 washes to get it out of your hair than the 5 washes you'd have if it was the red one
