yeah. but the way i look at is is...

if i were to go buy, say a nice M3 (just an example).

cost me £20k+

or, buy a smashed GSi, about £2k, conversion, brakes etc, plus all the crap people usually buy, talking £5k tops, and thats a good job.

corsa is justifiable (just!).

its just the cost of Z20LET's thats the killer.

But then think how much you could sell the bmw for in a couple of years then think how much you would get for the corsa... but I would still let your corsa

i'm not a poof.

inlets dont do it for me, alot of money wasted unless its backed up with the other associated engine bits, which then runs the cost up.

Martin your car looks the nut

Dont sell it, keep it and drop a Zlet in it, but drive it all year round, show cars can be practical cars to, so what if the car gets chipped, get it resprayed, id rather drive my car everywhere and have fun it it and get it sprayed every year! Cars are there 2b enjoyed

chuck a Z20let in it, and just buy the engine on its own and not a whole car!

the engines are bloody expensive as it is!
there is a guy on cc|uk that is putting one in his at the mo!

ask him about it all!
