You Arsenal fans have to be happy as you could of kissed any success next season away if he had gone!
Hope he does put pen to paper though as is an excellent player and means 3 of the top 5 best players are playing in the Prem.
I still think you'll struggle to catch upto Chelsea next season unless he signs 4 or 5 TOP name players (not kids), but you know what Wenger is like with splashing the cash.

cole is amazing to say that was his first real game back the other night he was very impressive, for england it is brilliant news its the start of his season now

yeah this would of been the case as i think cole would almost certainly have left had henry but now he has a good reason to stay, if they had lost them to you would be worried about them losing touch with top 4 teams

Agree with you cosmo but i really think this summer wenger will buy a couple of big names. remember henry said that the team has to match his ambitions and maybe wenger has said that he will spend some cash this summer.

I still dont think he will. Whats his most expensive signing, Reyes? And he is shite (well not worth what you paid!).
I just have a feeling that Cole will go, and along with a few of your other main core of players (Pires, Bergkamp, etc.) you might need one or two seasons of building before your ready to challenge again.

Yeah i think reyes was the most money but i think he will come good this season on the left wing.
personally i think cole will stay and it looks like del horno is going Real so that is a good sign.
Would like another world class forward to play with henry... we play enough games for van persie and ade to get some games as well.

I told you lot weeks ago that he wouldnt move to a larger club where he is just a number.
Henry adores the arsenal fans and he has so mcuh respect!
Pires has also denied the Villareal deal now that Henry is staying which i thought would happen!
The strike force is covered, I just think we need some class wingers incase Ljunberg/Pires have a mare next season!
New stadium, Henry will captain us into which is what i always wanted to see.

to be honest Henry couldnt go anywhere and just be a number, he would be one of the two best players there in a team of great players.
