How far can you go in engine mods on a starlet gt without changing lots of parts? Do you gain pretty much bhp?

depends how far you want to go really, you can make them eat evos , scoobs etc all day long on the 1300 block, but at a cost.

Read on a few forums that just with air filter/exhaust and a chip you can see an extra 50 bhp...seems a bit optimistic but then again it is a turbo...

And apparantly they run 15.5 1/4 mile as standard?? same as an xe corsa

well, there not the worst but i can see where ur coming from. I was in one of my mates's ones and he had 5 people in the car doing 130mph on a motorway, so i reckon it'll get a bit more if he was on his own,

In malta they are common especially japan imports. Are they cheaper to mod compared to a c20let? Which is more reliable .. a corsa with c20let or gt/glanza?
