Isn't that the whole point of doing all those mods to it?

It's been tracked various times...so it obviously has.

Just wondering what your definition of "a hard life" is?

Nope not atall. Just trying to work out what his definition of a "hard life" is.

Personally I'd say ragging it from cold and with no regular oil changes was a hard life, redlining it every now and then is good for the engine to clear out the crap etc.

Anyway getting off topic here

What I would do.

Take engine and box out. Sell.

Put normal XE and F20 in. Sell car.

You will get way more than 4.5k.

definition of hard life, constant ragging from cold, neglecting servicing, using poor parts for maintenance.

however regarding this particular car i withdraw all my previous statements, does indeed look like the current sensible owner has looked after it.

Guess i was taring it with the same brush as a couple of 'famous highly modded' corsas from times gone by that slowly deteriated with each owner change until they were sheds. long before your time Rcb

i still want it....

but this latest buy n' sell is a bit concerning.....

8.5k for my car..... i know it wont get that, and its not really actively for sale. Just put it up with the hope that some person might be silly and pay 8.5 for it..

Not as spec'd its got stuff that yours doesnt..... but yours has a slightly better spec engine.....

I'll offer 3.2k cash.

roy owned and built it..... sold it to Dave Paterson, he sold it to Steve..... you have it now.

Think Roy bought the car std as ex mobility or from auction

So.... you take 3.2k?
