Main aim to start with was to drop the beer belly (student lifestyle dosnt help) and get some deffinition.
So still want to loose the beer belly etc
Anyone know? I have been told that AB crunches help to get rid of beer bellys but I dont know...
ab crunkces.sit ups all day long will not rid your beer belly, any hope of getting a six pack you will need to get your body fat to below 10%
