Van was there again today, in a different place on the opposite side of the road, BUT this time its rear window was open, on all previous ocations i have seen it the windows have been closed and you can just make the camera out through the window tint  could this be down to the nice weather or on previous occasions have i just caught them when there about to leave. ?

id suggest that there probably has been an increase in accident hence the action they are taking, this is usually the case.

Just wait until cameras are allowed to be painted any colour to blend into the back ground so you dont see them!
