6 months after I passed my test, almost to the day i did this to my first nova:
working crazy hours, tired, had been raining in the middle of summer after a dry spell. Going round a bend at 55 the back stepped out, caught it, sideways, then found a dry patch under a tree on opposite lock and went off the outside into a clump of trees. Was lucky to walk out with no injurues. Cut my hand pushing it clear of the road tho!!
One of those things i suppose, been round there at that speed hundreds of times before and since, but I try to avoid driving when i feel tired at all and take it really easy in the wet.

a year after, although i'd been driving illegally for 15 years!
Overtaking, lanes, night, car coming other way, saw a patch of soft looking scenery to drive into, car well bent, (Ax GT500 so no great loss!) nothing hurt but my pride,
God must b my co-pilot!

Yeah, bought my first car at 14 and drove illegally 4 15 years b4 i took my test. never crashed, never killed or injured anyone. Never stole or drove a stolen car. Gave a bullshoot name if i got pulled and sold the car on on the last day of the producer or when the tax ran out.
Like i said, God must b my co-pilot

I know its irrelivant but havn't crashed yet  (been driving 5 weeks lol) but got 3 points after 2

4th day, ball joint snapped when driving my pals car back from town on the sunday morning as we left it in town the night before, pulled to the left tried to correct it, other wheel hit a drain and threw the car across into a conviently parked mini bus.

Took me 5 months! Corsa 1.4 Sport, was lowered 90mm at the front and 60mm at the back. Was only supposed to be a 40mm drop! Bloody G-Max! Under braking the back end came out as the brake bias hadn't been adjusted. Clipped a taxi. On the plus side I got a front end respray which I was going to get done anyway.

2 weeks after passing I drove my car into a kerb bending two wheels and a stub axle. The car was nearly written off because the repairs were quite expensive. I'm so glad I have learned to do repairs myself now.
