ive not eaten anything but fruit for 2 weeks and drunk nothing but water

and ive been on my running machine without fail twice a day

ive lost 2 stone and i am really nervous but excited

god knows what chloes gonna do but she lost a stone in the training process too

thats bad for you, you should be eating a proper det to get the energy you need for the run.

LOL i restrained myself from a lecture on nutrition there m8! dont wanna demoralise kerry 2 days before the event.

The benefit of dropping the bodyweight though my counteract the lack of protein and complex carbs over the past 2 weeks. I think she will do ok as its not a endurance event distance wise.

Just dont do anything silly like starve yourself on event day or the night before kerry.
