beat around the bush and ask everyones opinion

Loads of Vitamin C and B complex Robin.
Plus drink loads of water and hot cups of tea.
Oh, and tesco do some good anti-septic throat lozenges that are mint flavoured and realy help. 
There's also that Chloroseptic spray that I find realy helps too.

I always used to get tonsilitis at xmas just suffer from ulcers and eye infections now
I don't really look after myself though to be fair.

I have chronic tonsilitis, recurs every two weeks or there abouts.
Have it now but am trying to be strong and hold off taking antibiotics so that I can get pissed tonight
