the bit jutting out is the bar, thats the 23rd floor. So will give you some idea how tall it is in comparison!

Here is another building that I can see from my Balcony thats not far from being done, its the Manchester Civil Justice centre in the Springfields area that is having a HUGE amount of work done - see the website about it here

No, The Bridge. Its just down form the edge though, the other side of the Lowery infront of Trinity Bridge.

Yeah, they are really nice. But to get one with a decent view your looking at a fortune. Managed to get this one in The Bridge, 4th floor, 2 bed on the front so looking over the brdige and river for £215k which was a steal at the time.
