i had this, one day before she left, i grabbed her round throat and started to strangle her just before she blacked out i let go and said if you cheat on me ill kill you and ur family. shes been ace ever since

I was in a similary situation over th last few years, my now ex GF went away to uni 2 hours away. Its not an ideal situation but if you make and effort it will work, but you need to try and trust her. Dont let your mind run wild with stupid thoughts.

It worked for us for a long time, despite me being the jealous type. We did split up in the end but it I dont think it was because of the long distance/uni thing, it just wasnt meant to be.

my girlfriend is going to Winchester Uni as its the best for what she wants to do - fashion / design and all that - 240 miles and just short of 4 hours away

gonna do everything i can to make it work though

if its meant to be its meant to be

will be a crap feeling inside though when she does go

Depends on the couple really!

If your fairly solid and both like each other then the temptations wont matter wherever she is.Ive been with my gf for 4 1/2 yrs now through college, different Uni's, etc with no problems. Yeah people try to chat her up but she doesnt fall for that!

On a more relivant note, couple i know that have parted ways because of uni, have inevitable split up...

however my mates gf wanted to go to sheffield he told her if she go sheff, they'd have to split up, so she went to essex uni, 45 mins down the A12.

THink about it man your worried about her going up there to uni, all the pressure is not on you she will no dougt be worrying about leaving you behind,
Trust me, my GF goes college 2 1/2 hours drive away and i ended up cheating on her. My advice would be break it off its only fair on you and her live ya lives

To try and scrape some credability back for myself, if i approached a girl and she had a BF i would walk away
I live with the fact my GF is 155miles away and i do trust her and im an incredibly paranoid person because of the years of smoking too much erb
