A charming thought, but there is one major flaw in this otherwise marvelous observation of Corb's.

While people of the 'men in shorts chasing each other community' can often be seen driving cars on the public roads, and are conspicuous by their very absence from these same roads during 'men in shorts chasing each other events', I firmly believe the public road scenario willl not apply in this case.

With the inevitable, small number of peculiar exceptions, I fear that the sort of people who are likely to visit Santa Pod, are not the same sort of people who enjoy watching men chase each other in shorts.

I therefore deduce that the turn-out at the Pod would be as any other busy day, irrespective of any 'men in shorts chasing each other sessions' on that day.

I was half thinking about going on the 1st, but as this is a bank holiday it's likely to be rammed.

I'm definately going on either the 13th or 21st, but if everyone else is going on the 13th then i'll make an effort to get there that day.

Corb, are you driving up with Lee? May run up there on the bike, but not doing over 80, and will be stopping at South Mimms and the others on the M1. Will need to rest my ass..... What time you leaving saturday morning?

Riding down B roads is fun, riding on a motorway with 2 people on a bike for an hour n a half isn't, its horrible....

I can't make this now Corb. Driving up to Leicestershire to do a Supercar Experience on Friday so don't really fancy driving all the way up to the Pod the next day. Plus finally making a start on fitting my screen etc into the new car on Saturday!
