I usually spend about £10-£15. I get people to buy me drinks. Plus, I see getting drunk really as usefull as putting all your cash down the toilet. I went out the other day and I didn't even get pissed

£30-40 a night, and that's on student priced drinks (£1.75 a pint) on gamblers, pool, etc...etc... as well though.
Gone through £50 on £1 a drink night a couple of times now, that's worrying in the morning (damn gambling)

Me neither.
I was in the pub every day until about 18 months ago. Then looked around one night and realised I was surrounded by a load of young chavs and old coke heads.
Since ive not got a time machine and I dont want to be a dust head, I stopped going to the pubs.
I dont miss it TBH. I save the £50 a night and spend it on things that last

80-100 quid is a typical nite for me, if i go to a strip joint, prob 160.
I went out 2months ago, every friday and sat for a whole month, realised how much i was spending so just try to go out once or twice a month now.

It funny how things change.
18 months ago I was doing £300 a week in pubs. I used to use about 5 in a street.
I went out a few weeks ago, and everybody was asking how i was and why hadn't i been about.
The landlords were ok briefly (they are quite close mates too) until I told them why I can't be arsed with pubs anymore
