Or just be happy with what you've got. I never go to the gym, but my job is pretty active so although i'm not "ripped", i'm happy with what i've got!

i been training for about year and a half now, and i havent done one bit of cardio. if your skinny like me, then you just wanna pack on the pounds as much as you can. people seem to think the more protien you have the bigger you get but carbs are the most important thing to build mass, which i take it you are trying to do?
as a rough guide i would take 1.5g of protien per body weight and 3 maybe 4 grams of carbs.
i would concentrate on packing as much mas as you can before worrying about getting ripped.

by past experience i think maximuscle stuff is a complte fast same as LA muscle.

buy flex some good supplements in there.

hope this helps

well, squat involve almost evey muscle in your body and even your core muscles come into play...that's y I said not to train abs for 4-6 weeks.

So does deadlift which will definitely strengthen your lower back, hams at the back as well as other muscles like the traps..You dont want a beautiful body with a giraffe neck..LOL. And doing this, you won't need to isolate the traps.

Stick to basic exercises targetting many primary and secondary muscles.

Isolation is intermediate-advance. Gain the mass first

also i agree with this, sed it perfect.

DO NOT FORGET TO TRAIN YOUR LEGS!

load of people go to the gym and never do there legs!
imagine having a great 6 pack and big chest and having pencil legs
squats and dead lifts are the best exercise's they work everything.
i would say on dead lifts and squats try to rep out on about 6 reps. the next day your feel it all over, you wouldnt think it but both exercises work your obliques(sp) & abs very well.
