Wirral mate (wallasey), only way of pushing price down is through smaller agents or in the paper, which is what i'm going to do. Can't be doing with extra costs and credit checks

Looking at this on monday for £450 (with another agent) as one i was more or less decided on has gone up from £500 to £575 in a few weeks

I know how small it is, seen another one close but it's not as samll as u'd think, slap bang in the nicest area for miles though

4 years ago Yeah its a cottagey terrace thing in a quiet area on the outskirts of a small town
house the same as mine up the street just went up for 119k

Its worse here in Liverpool due to 2008
120k gets you a terrace in a half decent area...or a 1 bed new flat

Tom - thought they did wallacy too?? the Vebra thingy they search through lists wallasy and such... worth checking with that??
looks a good flat that tom! remember looking at something on coronation avenue myself a while back but was just too far out the way for me!

well if i get pally with the landlord... they said after 3 years they could sell me the house for a decent knockdown price (todays estimate - rent paid)

The same coronation avenue this is a tiny road so probably not

Yeah but what you have to look at is...Rent essentially is dead money...your better off buying something slightly cheaper and paying money off a mortgage..that way you could still make money if you decided to sell...
