what psi is that?
this is with a greddy piggyback ecu, and a turbo kit from states.
Garret turbo setup, and aem injector rail

will be running under 10 psi to settle it all, then will want to run 14 psi - 1 bar and hope for upto 280bhp

IIRC, that was at 7 or 8 psi. It's running a huge turbo (which I think is one of those cheapy eBay jobbies), with an Apexi PowerFC, 440 injectors and loads of other mods. It'll end up running far more boost i'd have thought.
He's running it in at the moment, so as soon as its mapped, it'll be rapid

thats mental spec??

this has forged pistons and uprated rods, new liners etc

total cost is under £1000, should be on boost from 2k rpm - 8 rpm if all goes well!

He's spent quite a bit on it to be fair. It has uprated pistons (JE or Eagle springs to mind) as well as uprated valves, springs and retainers. Has Skunk2 cams too. I'll see if I can find the spec of it later.
