Edd did you watch the Inter v Villarreal match?
Did you see Matterazzi smash Sorín in the face with his elbow and split his eye open?
I'm afraid that Inter got all they deserved last night - fack all and all credit to Villarreal they played very well, Riquelme was total class and Forlans movement and his runs was top notch, all in all they deserved to win by more than just away goals rule.

Riquelme will exploit Fabregas' surging runs, I would think they'll stick Gilberto Silva just infront of the centre backs to deal with him.

Hopefully, im not going to get my hopes up or anything, but IMO i think were stronger than Villareal, but they must be doing something right to have got to the last 4.
Final is going to be tough tho (if we actually make it)

yes Dave dont be so confident having watched Villareal closely i would say you have to much for them to handle but they are a supremely good team at home and Riquelme is playing the best football of his life
just hope they dont cheat you like they cheated us

TBH ive lost the majority of confidence in Arsenal since we got beaten at Utd (49 games unbeaten) after that we havent truly recovered, but i think were on our way back to that form now, and it makes me
We nearly got cheated last night by Juve, but yet again, they had a player sent off
Flamini vs Nedved = Nedved OWNED
Wel c what happens, i do have a feeling we can do it though.....

I can't see it being a walkover tbh, they won 2-0 over 180mins against a bunch of afterpeaked has beens, I'd love them to do well though no question.

I agree. Juve, and Madrid for that matter, are no where near as good as they used to be. Villareal arent going to roll over without a fight. Arsenal must win the home leg as I can't see them getting anything more than a goal less draw in Spain. Also agree that i'd like the Gooners to do it and win it for England.

Juventus has beens-
Del Piero
Zebina
Zambrotta
Nedved
Cannavaro
Thuram
Viera is on the way back down from his best
Ibrahimovic is a waster
Trezeguet can't really do anything if others aren't pullin their weight.
Emerson is meant to just sit in the anchoring midfielder role but he ends up tidying others cock-ups
As for Madrid, they have the potential but the teams main components don't click Ronaldo seems to do well when he's the main figure to get the ball to, but they've spent money adding to the problem rather than spending 'time' getting to the route of it, the difference between Juventus/Real Madrid and Villareal is that Villareal are up and coming with nothing to fear, where as Madrid /Juve had reputations to keep, keep Riquelme and Senna off the ball and Arsenal could nick it.
