Should be optional, you choose the hours and how many, and your premium comes down accordingly to how many and at what time you chose IMO

i couldnt do it either, sometimes i take my gf home at like 1 in the morning, or i pick my mates up from town after they have been out.

That rules out trips to Southend, and what about if you are on a long trip and get caught up in a 6 hour traffic jam and end up out after 12am, bit ridiculous if you ask me.

should really get bigger fines and more points for bad driving. more speed cameras and more police. its not just young drivers though that are bad drivers.

im not disputing whether or not "teenagers" tend to drive faster at night or not, my point is theyre not goina buy cars etc and just leave them sat at hom, if they cant drive at night, they will drive during the day. busy times are only really 8-10, 4-6, leaves the rest of the day to be wankers and cause accidents
