tell me one time a celtic fan has denied that there club is a british club seeing as its situated in britain and always has been. Dont confuse the fact we celebrate our irish roots with us denying we're something we're not.

That also answers your question as well, the union jack being flown above parkhead would cause uproar with the hardcore faction of the support that maybe take their support of their celtic roots too far, thats up to you to decide though.

Looking at list again, there are 3 teams outside of the top league that have won European honours, Nottingham Forrest (what a fall from grace) Ipswich & Leeds.
