Looking at the pictures I'd say the bodywork could do with a bit of tidy and the kit needs refitting properly. Bet it sounds nice though

Exactly. I would never buy any car based on what I could beat, or what the person selling it claimed I could beat. Aslong as it looks good, handles well, and drives nicely I'm happy. Needless to say, I drive a 306 TD and a Megane TDi.

I have beaten Scoobys in the Bucket (2lt 16v on Carbs) and have videos to prove and i think Loafabrett could comment aswell who owns a scooby, and my V6 feels like its faster than the bucket.

the bucket was ace, i was amazed when I went out in it, I looked like this

trust me, that v6 is fast! one of the fastest ive been in and ive been in about 15!
Youd be surprised how different the v6's are to a valver. Yeah they might not have much more power, but they seem to have some hidden. Its wierd to explain, they're just fast!
