"mate" i was just wondering if people with the same boots as me had the same problems or it was just my boots. Consiquently most people have this problem, and moe has suggested something that might cure the problem. what was the need to get all arsey? if you didnt like the thread, dont look at it again, simple as.

Yeah they are quite expensive for what you get, best to get the 3 for 2 deal that way you at least feel like you're getting some value for money. At least they're doing the job

you've just shown you're a high ranked chump for thinking people should be taken out because they wear silver boots.

Martin Keown wore red boots, anyone ever take him out?

At the end of the day I think more people buy coloured boots nowadays as it's not only a fashion statement and people want to look good on the pitch but also as the famous pros where them (get paid for it) sunday league players think they should copy.

Everyone has there own taste, some prefer the old school world cups and others prefer the new lighter & brighter colour boots.

If you go into a sports shop over 90% of the boots will be colours, its the way it is because every pro is wearing them.

As long as your careful on the sunday morning pitch because other idiots will go for you then you will be alright. If your fast and a decent player then no reason why you can't wear them.

My opinion anyway....

I bought them because the weight fuck all and are easy to clean, they happened to be in silver which doesn't really bother me. It's not like years ago when it was rare for people to have coloured boots.
You get booted in Sunday league anyway doesn't matter what colour boots you have on! I give as good as i can get so no problems there.
