I'd love to go ice skating, think it would be funny as fook

I've got one BIG fear tho ............ that I would fall and someone would run over my hand and chop my fingers off

cool mate, i play ice hockey and all the vector skates are good, the 2.0 upwards are ok for ice hockey so the 3.0 they are sending you will be more than strong enough for rec skating

Thats how my dad lost top part of 1 of his fingers in a pro hockey game
He went flying on the ice, his glove came off and someone ran over his hand going for the puck which was beside him

imo when skating u get too types of people there ones that can skate who if u fall infront of them will jump over u or stop and the ones that cant skate or not well who will just fall over u never seen anyone get hands cut never mind cut off

its different in an hockey game as people are perposly going into u so is easier to get caught on there skates

I'm right side dominant, so can skate fine - turning left isnt a problem as I lead with my right foot, but can't do it the other way round

at that pic too

Ice skating is my worst nightmare!

If i see ice when i'm walking I try to avoid it....so theres no way i'm gonna pay to go on it whilst trying to balance on a narrow piece of metal blade!

Bauer & graf are the best

Well, some of the high end Bauer ones are alright. Don't really know too much about the cheaper ones though.

I used to play Ice Hockey for years & played roller hockey for even longer. Not done it in years though since the Dr told me I had to stop (And I got banned )

I ran over my own fingers once Hurt lots
