I miss the way things used to be with me and her, but I don't like the person she has become now. I guess a (big) part of me wishes the old her would come back and we could sort things out, but the reality of the situation is that ain't gonna happen, she is a different person now (i.e. a slut), and has clearly found it easier than me to move on.
I'm trying really hard to move on and that, but I'm finding it extremely difficult, even if I try not to speak to her or whatever if she calls or texts me I always respond I can't seem to just ignore her, I'm such a pussy!

Sam change your number so that she cannot contact you again. And then if she is on your MSN which i remember she is block and delete her so she has a really hard chance of getting in touch with you
