I've been through some shoot in the past for various reasons and had to go see someone about it. They told me to go out for walks in the fresh air, even if its for like ten minutes, so i used to take a trip down the river near me and have a strole, forget about everything and it used to do wonders.
For some reason fresh air is proven to help! Listening to some of your favourite music, having a dance on your own, i know it sounds mad but again it helped me!
Main problem is the mind is a poweful thing, even though its your own sometimes it does what it wants to do. Thinking about shoot too much will just pull ya down.
Defineatly advise a strole out in the fresh air, somewhere with some nice scenery, works a treat!
Sitting on here and looking at a computer screen is crap, get the feck out and do summits!

I like a bath to chill out. Even if its not necessary. Take some tea and toast in with you, get some tunes on, ace.
Guess where I'll be for the next 45 minutes

I just chill out in my room with the door closed, MTV/VH1 or similar cranked up on my TV, my room is my "zone" it's where I like to be when I want to escape from the real world, as you may have noticed I spend a lot of time in here!
Apart from food and drink (which I can go get from downstairs), I got my TV, DVD. Sky, XBox, laptop + internet, and land line/mobile phone in here, got pretty much everything I want/need!
Even have some nice vanilla scented candles in here as well...
